Question MSI B450 MB - CPU Light Flashes, No Fans Come On

I know this has been posted before but my situation seems different because I get nothing but the cpu light flashing and a clicking sound and my rear system fan led's flashing. The fans do not come on and spin, there's sound of the system booting. I have re-seated the cpu twice now, the cpu power from the psu is plugged in, the cpu fan cable is plugged in as well. I have the bios file on a usb drive formatted as fat32 but if the system won't come on then it's not going to flash the bios.

MSI B450 MB
AMD Ryzen 5000 series
32gb gskill tridentz rgb ram
MSI A650GF PSU
Asrock Radeon RX560 4GB

Exactly which MSI B450 motherboard do you have and which 5000 series cpu?

B450-A Pro Max and Ryzen 5500 3.6/4.2 6 core.
I fixed it this morning. I had a motherboard plug in the psu come loose after installing the psu in the bottom of the case. I plugged it back in and all is good. Win11 installed
