Question msi b450 tomahawk Doesn't turn on after turning off with psu button

It doesn't react in any way, the fans don't spin or a light doesn't come on. Resetting the cmos did not work.
Disassembling all the components and running it didn't work.

All cables are plugged in correctly but there is no reaction when I press the power button
