[SOLVED] MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX: EZ Debug CPU LED is on whenever I boot up ?

Hello, I am currently building my new PC and ran into an issue when booting up. Every time my PC starts up the Fans start running and the LED's turn on, but on the motherboard a little red LED turns red below the EZ Debug CPU. I'm not quite sure what the issue is since I am generally new to building PC's. Is the CPU broken?

AMD Athlon 3000G
G.Skill Aegis 16GB 2x8 DDR4-2133
Western Digital Blue 500GB M.2-2280 SSD
PNY GeForce GT-71- 2GB Video Card
