Hi,
This is my setup:
https://pcpartpicker.com/b/txXPxr
I've recetly updated BIOS to the newest version. After a while it stopped working (no screen is showing up). When I turn on the PC all fans are spinning and RGB is on. (RAMs RGB is red + red ram indicator on the MOBO).

What I did:
  1. Changed RAM, CPU, GPU, monitor + cables, source + disconnected all drives.
  2. cleared CMOS
  3. Tried to flashback some older BIOS version using this manual:
View: https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming/comments/cjfzx4/msi_b450_tomahawk_ryzen_5_3600/

It didn't work. The PC did turn on after I've pushed the BIOS flashback button, but nothing happened afterwards.
Any other ideas ?
Thank you very much.

Your PC part picker list is set to private.
For installation of Windows 10, you don't need Rufus or any utility like that, It's best to use MCT (Media Creation Tool) from MS to download windows and mage a BOOT USB or DVD or just download and save W10 ISO of your choice. Other way is to download just ISO from MS site, mount it and copy it's contents to a FAT32 formatted USB larger than 4GB.
In BIOS, CSM =OFF so only UEFI boot is selected. Best to have wired internet connection so windows can download any missing drivers and update windows to latest sub-version right away.

It should be public now.
I am not installing windows. I can see no screen after turning on my PC.

Hey, sorry i don't have the solution. I have the same problem, except for me it didn't work right away rather than stopping after a while. I've got a red CPU indicator instead. I read in another thread that sometimes the Mobo confuses the exact issue, and indicates RAM when it is CPU or vice versa, i don't know where i got that info. I looked across several german and english threads, and it seems to be a prevalent issue with both the b450 tomahawk and the b450 tomahawk max. I can't find an official statement from MSI, some people got it to work by repeatedly flashing their bios, but then it stopped working after a while again. It may make sense to send the mobo back for repairs or replacement. On the german MSI forum i wrote a comment 5 days ago in a thread that was initially started on the 9th of juli, with no answer so far. You can try to ask the customer support but i doubt there is an official statement on the issue.

I'll try asking the customer support in a few days, then i check if my board is eligible for repairs or replacement. I accidentally broke of the PCIe lock mechanism that holds the GPU in place, but i'm certain that this is unrelated to the CPU/RAM issue that so many people report and that MSI didn't answer to. If all of this doesn't work, the only other option is to get a replacement. I think even a random other b450 tomahawk max would work, but personally i'd look into boards from other manufacturers if i feel i don't get proper support from MSI any further.
