[SOLVED] MSI B450 tomahawk MAX - no sound in rear audio ports

Suddenly back audio ports of my MSI B450 tomhawk MAX aren't working ! Currently i'm on Bios Version 7C02v30. Everything was normal .today morning back audio ports are not working,front panel audio ports are working fine. !
1) I tried to uninstall the driver and installed the latest realtek audio driver 6.0.8911.1 from MSI website published on 10/4/2020 but it didn't fix my problem.
2)Tried using the default windows HD audio driver. it didn't work.
Anyone facing the same issue ? Please help.
3)Check the BIOS settings HD audio is enabled.
4) Cleared the CMOS and reset the bios.

Nothing seems to work. My windows version is Windows 10 1909 .Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Did you update GPU driver lately ? It's possible sound was switched to HDMI.

yes i updated my GPU driver 1 day ago..but it was working well after that... how to check if my sound settings have switched to HDMI?

i found the issue ..recent windows update did some conflicting issues with the realtek driver which reset some registry values... restored my system to an earlier restore point which solved the issue

Did that also restore previous GPU drivers ?

yes but i uninstalled it and installed the latest GPU driver..it's working fine now

hey, im facing the same problem, i just bought a new gaming pc and i can't hear any audio from it. any soloutions??
