Question MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX vs ASRock X570 PRO4

I live in the US and I'm preparing for a new build. I'd like to dip my toe into the Ryzen 3000 waters with a Ryzen 5 3600 setup, and was initially set on pairing it with a MSI B450 Tomahawk Max. But now I see the Asrock X570 Pro4 with a $20 MIR (mail-in rebate), and I'm wondering if I should make the additional $35 outlay or not.

MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
$114.99

ASRock X570 PRO4

Do you live near a city that has a micro center?
https://www.microcenter.com
Change locations to see if a store is close to you.
When you purchase a cpu and mobo they drop the mobo price by $30 which could get you into a more mainstream mobo.
Here is the price of the 3600 at MC

Which is cheaper then newegg.
The price differences may be worth a look.
The asrock you are looking at is a entry level x570.
As said the prices could get you into a better mobo.

Check out buildzoid on Youtube
on the x570's he has
Done by brand at there price points
1 warning he does ramble on but makes some good points.

So where do you live ?
I'm in Denver and feel very lucky to be 50 miles round trip from a Micro Center.
They don't always have the best ram selection but the prices on cpu's and mobo's are great.
They do Price Match online retailers so you can save some bucks and could be worth a drive if not to far away.
