Question Msi B450 Tomawak

Hi, I have built my new pc with this motherboard. I had no problem since when i try to connect a headset onto the audio jack rear and front. My mic doesnt work. I tried most of solutions regarding about this on youtube and google. Tried Update , Reinstall drivers. Even check the microphone settings in privacy. Most of the solutions on youtube/google i tried. Im wondering if it has to be a hardware/ motherboard problem?

Did you tried that Headset on another Laptop/Computer?
Is that 2x 3,5mm connection or just one USB ?

Also check which is the default audio device. It can frequently get changed to the HDMI audio provided by the graphics card, assuming you have a discrete CPU.

Thanks you for the answers. Since then i installed a new hd audio device. It is my default settings but no response when i tried to record cant hear anything.I have ryzen 5 2600 cpu.

@Abstuurz yes i did even my wireless headset when i tried to connect it through jack mic doesnt work. But when i try to connect it with a transmiiter via usb my pc can recognize the wireless headset and its working

hey, so if this is the problem, should i just return my motherboard and get a newone? cause i still have 1 month to do
