MSI B450m pro-m2 Color Changing Not working

I have MSI B450m Pro-m2 motherboard it comes with JLED port I don't know how to use it.
I bought 1 LED Strip with 4 pins=> "+12v R G B".
When I connected with MoBo, only RED light is blinking.

PS: Blink, Steady, Random functions are working in Mystic Lights 3 app, but can't change color (it shows disabled)

I don't think that board really support mystic light. Maybe you can change the LED via BIOS.
