Question MSI B450M Pro VDH MAX EZ debug LED glow and stands when boot

I am Using my pc component las t two months. Nothing exceptional shows that days. Now a time I noticed that my mother board EZ debug led ( number 3) continue glow for few seconds next glow 4 very short time next display comes on monitor. As per ez debug led 1st for cpu, 2nd for RAM, 3rd for VGA and 4th for boot. as per my board indication it glow for sometimes means VGA detection problem. But I use Ryzen 3 3200g process. Pls expert suggest I what I have to check for this issue or this natural for this mother board? my components mention below.
Motherboard: MSI B450M pro VDH MAX, with latest bios update ( Version 7A38vBC Release Date 2021-05-25)
CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g
RAM: crucial ballistic 3000mhz 2X8GB (working in default freq 2667 mhz)
VGA: inbuilt processor graphics vega 8
HDD: Crucial 512GB nvme SSD
OS: windows 10 x64 enterprise
PSU: Iball black stalon 600W (new)

BIOS version for said motherboard's make and model? Make and model of your PSU in your build? You will also need to include the age of the PSU in your build. What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10, you should ideally be on Windows 10.

Hope it is not PSU or OS related issue. PSU tested other PC, works fine, even on my pc works fine. only my PC halted more than 10sec @ led num 3 ez debug led.
