[SOLVED] MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX or GAMING PLUS?

What should i go for?
the pro-vdh max cost $85, while gaming plus cost $92, worth the $7 premium?

i think only two of those are currently relevant in my country in terms of price and performance.

I prefer the MSI gaming plus, but if you need out of the box 3rd gen support or 4 ram slots, go for the MSI PRO

what's the benefit if i choose gaming plus over the pro? the board kinda looks the same to me.

For Ryzen 5 2600 choose MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC Wifi (Suggested)

pro-vdh max: Max means its BIOS is updated for Ryzen 3000 series so you need to downgrade the bios. or choose the non-max variant of the same board, this board doesn't have the heatsink on SOC VRM and also no bios flashback button.

Gaming Plus the variant you showed in the link is a Micro ATX board, and it also doesn't have the heatsink on SOC VRM. have only 2 DIMM Slots ( Memory slots) limited to 32GB Max memory.

Note: Whereas Carbon AC is a pretty solid motherboard with great heatsinks on both the SOS and VCore VRM's, it will be ideal for Ryzen 5 2600, 2600X Ryzen 7 2700 and also 2700x
