if you're using AMD APU's maybe it's a compatibility issue with your CPU and motherboard, you should update the BIOS of your motherboard

but.....does it boot? or just halt with both LED's lit?

a little back-story helps: like system configuration and whether or not it's ever worked or this is newly built.
