Question MSI B550m PRO-VDH WIFI memory channel not working

I've been having some really weird issues with this board. So I'm trying to pair it with an R5 5600, but it didn't boot on my first try. I assumed I needed a bios update, so I threw my old 2400g in and updated it to version 7C95v2F. Everything went fine, so I put the 5600 back in, but still no post and the debug led gets stuck on CPU. After a bit of testing I've found that it won't boot if I have a DIMM in the B channel. I can have one or both sticks in the A channel and it boots without issue, but any combination that includes the B channel won't post. So I assume its just a bad board, but here's the weird part. With the 2400g in, the B channel works just fine. It only has issues with the 5600. I actually had another 5600 on hand to test, and it has the same exact issue with both 5600's.

Any ideas? I feel like I've tried everything.

Did you try resetting CMOS? Do it with the 5600 in the system, before booting up. It can also help to do along with pulling out the battery for a few minutes.

I've tried both jumping the pins and removing the battery, neither of which changed anything.
