MSI B85M-E45 MotherBoard

I just ordered This motherboard and i have an i7 4770k, and i read the reviews and everything and it says they have the same socket LGA 1150... but the Processor doesnt seem to fit in the board. any suggestions?

I would say the problem is likely on the user end. Do you have the CPU oriented corrctly to drop in the socket? What is the nature of the no-go situation?

oh i forgot to delete the post... after i removed the thermal paste from my old i7 i was able to see that it was 3770k.... not 4770k... T_T different socket LGA 1155.
