I have a motherboard Bazooka B250M and it has two system fan 3 pin connectors and I have 3 Aigo fans. Can I connect two fans to the motherboard and connect the other one to the fan that is already connected to the motherboard using ot molex connector?

Can you pass the SKU to your AIGO fans? If the fans are PWM(not 4 pin RGB) then you can get a PWM splitter(something akin to Akasa's FP-5) and have the fans run off the CPU_Fan header. Mind you this route will mean that the fans will all ramp up and die down with respect to the CPU temps.

Those are 3 pin fans, you can buy a 3 pin fan splitter and run 2 fans off of 1 of your 2 fan headers.

You don't want to plug it into your PSU because if you do it will run at 100% all the time.
