I'm having a problem with my newly build pc: I have everything installed but when I turn my pc on the Debug LED for the cpu lights up and my monitor receives no signal. But all the fans and LEDs do work. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and my motherboard is the MSI B350 BAZOOKA . I don't have any other components since this is my very first build, so no replacing stuff.
Could it be my CPU, Motherboard or PSU?

Solution
It's not your PSU. I would suggest replacing the CPU first. If replacing the CPU doesn't fix the issue, then it's your motherboard.

I'm leaning towards CPU and here's why. Your motherboard won't do anything if you start it without a CPU in the socket, but it will start and light up with one in it, even if the CPU isn't working. If the PSU was damaged, your computer probably wouldn't start at all.

Did you ever find out what was the root of the problem?
I am having an identical issue and I'm not sure if it is the CPU, PSU or motherboard that is causing this problem?
