Question MSI bios does not detect m.2

Hi I have MSI H170i pro ac as the motherboard.p for my pc. I have been using 2.5 inch SATA SSD for a while. Recently, I have just bought a NVMe M.2 SSD. However, I was not able to see it both on bios and on the windows. I updated the bios and the function “m.2 genie” on the bios is greyed out. Anyone have any solution or suggestion?
