Msi board wont POST it turns on but then goes off right after. 3 new builds iden

Hello,
I have 3 builds and they are identical components. One works fine, the others will not post. I have tried to pull battery, new PSU, different RAM, reseated the proc, etc... nothing. They powere on then off and try to power on again and it just keeps cycling. Help please!
Msi H61M-P31 (G3)
Intel I3-2100
Kingston gskill 2x4gb 1066
Thermaltake 430 watt PSU

Hi, try swapping components (with the ones from the system that does work). Test the boards outside the cases.
