Msi board won't post once gpu is added

So upgraded mobos and gpus so I sold my old stuff to a friend, everything was working zero issues ~2months ago
Msi krait gaming 3x z170a
I7-7700k
Corsair dominator 2x8gb 3200
ASUS strix 1060 rog OC ed
Corsair cx750
Bios' have been updated to most recent, had a few problems but figured them out, last issue;
When I remove the gpu, pc post/boots all the way into windows 10
Only debug light is a solid VGA
When I plug the 1060 or a zotac 680 4gb edition, I have no debug lights but pc does NOT post, any ideas?

I imagine you're knowledgeable enough to have made sure the card was powered, so is there a chance the power supply is failing? Do you have a decent spare PSU to try?

Yeah i was afraid you were gonna say faulty psu, i mean, it was working about two/three months ago, but otherwise it's been sitting in storage until now. I'll have to unhook my psu to test then I'll let you know.
