[SOLVED] MSI Click BIOS 5 Freeze

This is my first time building a Computer and I desperately need some help.
Every time I boot my PC up, it shows this screen

And if I press either button, it leads me to the BIOS Screen and then instantly freezes, meaning that I can’t change anything on it.

I haven’t found anyone online with the same problem so I need a solution, thanks.

Did you try to install the OS? or just boot the PC with that 240GB SSD contained the OS?

its seems to be related to your ram
your bios is freezeing while loading stuffs, thats usualy ram related
the other ram fault visible is that it loads only 1 ram stick and u have 2 right? (8GB ram (single channel)
try to reconnect your ram sticks, or try one by one to see if both works/ try different slots

I have Windows 10 OS on a bootable external HDD. I've been trying to install an OS on my build, but I can't use the BIOS menu, meaning that I can't change the Boot Priority to priortise the Bootable OS first. So no, I haven't installed the OS onto it yet.

I forgot to mention that I've stripped the PC down to it's essential parts, only one stick of RAM, no SSD, just the basics to try and figure out what the problem was. Also, my BIOS Freezes immidentally when it loads. I can't do anything on it. It's like a picture.

I have a keyboard and the Bootable drive plugged in, taking up the two USB ports. I've tried using BIOS Flashback but no luck so far. I'm not sure why but it's not reading the USB on it

I don't know how you created the bootable external HDD, but try to re-create the bootable windows in USB drive instead of the external HDD. Try these methods or find more info online. https://www.groovypost.com/howto/create-windows-10-bootable-usb-flash-drive/
