Hi

I am experiencing freezes when I open MSI Command Center.. Is there any ways to fix this problem? When I change the fan speed 100 to 50 , the setting at 100% stays for a while then it moves to 75% and ofcourse the fan slowing down delays too. Everything responds slow in MSI Command Center. Even when I click [x] button, it stays there for a sec then can't click anything on MSI Command Center. Recently I see my pc freezing little bit and not responding for a sec too. Is MSI Command Center the culprit?

What should I do? Uninstall and Install again? Any other solutions? I really want this program..

Back to the beginning. If you bought the motherboard new, retail, in the box, it should have come with a DVD with drivers on it. Put it in your DVD player and install the drivers.

What? No DVD player!! Go to the website of the manufacturer and download the drivers for the specific motherboard that you have, and install them. See if that fixes your problem

How do I do that? I'm quite new to these kinds of stuff and I bought the motherboard few days ago. It should have the latest driver? Am I wrong?

Did you buy the motherboard new? New or used, plugging old hardware into a different motherboard often causes problems that require a fresh install of the OS and applications. That may be your situation. Really need a more complete history of the computer and hardware.

It's fresh not used. Not sure what you're talking about but I'm sure it's new. Any solutions?

I recently experienced the same issues, the command center freezes too on my rig, fans has a considerable delay when I am changing them from one speed to other
What I did was to uninstall msi command center, msi gaming app and any programs that are related to fan control/speeds and download and install fresh new updated drivers
Since Jan 15 I've been monitoring my rig and it is running ok :)
I hope this helps
my rig consist of
MSI B250M Mortar
Intel i5 7500
1*8G Crucial Ballistix Sport
Zotac GTX 1060 6G AMP!
Thermaltake Smart SE 630
Fractal Design Core 1300
with 3 Fractal Design 120mm Silent Series fan
