hi all,

hope this is the right section to post this in.i am trying to find the latest bios for the above laptop as i need to update it (i think)as i am having problems installing windows 10.its gets to 75% then blank screen,no cursor and no hdd activity.downloaded the the bios from msi site but says flasher is no correct for my version of windows (64 bit).

would someone be able to point me in the right direction as to where i could get the latest bios and correct flasher???

Latest BIOS is on the MSI website, but it's 5 years old (27/09/2010), long before Windows 10 appeared so no wonder the Windows-based BIOS updater utility won't run.

Only MSI have the correct BIOS updates for MSI laptops, so you can't get any further as far as updating the your laptop's BIOS is concerned.

I'm not altogether sure your Win10 problem is BIOS-related anyway.
