[SOLVED] MSI debug led ?

Msi b550 gaming plus
Ryzen 9 3900x
Msi 1080 ti
4 x ddr4 corsair vengeance ram sticks
Computer was running fine replaced the radiator when powered up would not boot But will boot with one stick of RAM. any ideas why ?

tried to update the bios to the latest while using 1 stick of ram? also try to clean the ram contact points after updating the bios.
