Question MSI Debug LEDS flashing when pc boots, no image. Gpu stops spinning

Built a PC for my sister which worked fine, but it suddenly stopped giving any display. The MSI Ez Debug LEDS are flashing CPU when it boots up, then VGA followed by Boot. Afterwards all the lights turn off, but sometimes it gets stuck on boot. I've replaced the PSU to no avail.

The gpu fans spin up then stop after a few seconds. The gpu does not heat up. I've tried reseating the GPU, CPU, RAM, trying one RAM stick, replacing the PSU, and no ram at all (which makes the debug LEDS show DRAM) but I can't get anything to happen. Onboard graphics don't work either if I remove the GPU. Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing cmos? Sounds like mobo problem. I have msi and I myself sometimes experience debug lights even though not that extreme.

Yes I have. Do you think it's possible that the motherboard might be broken even though it's lighting up / cpu and case fans are spinning?

Yes, another could be bent cpu pins. Can you rma ?
