Most likely too hight boost speeds...

The probable cause might be the notch that doesn't allow gpu to sit in some motherboards(x570 tomahawk for sure) because of the sata ports location. A few people have come forward with that. A link to reddit thread:3070 msi suprim x doesn't fit in x570 msi tomahawk
