MSI Duke 1080Ti OC 11GB Graphics card Underperforming

Hello, I recently received my 1080TI graphics card and it has been noticeably under-performing. I'm not sure why this is happening. On black ops 4 I'm only getting around 100FPS on LOW settings.
The Rest of my PC specs-
CPU - i7 4790.
MTB - Asus Z97-P.
Power Supply - Antec 600W
RAM - 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600mhz and 1 Hyper fury X 8GB stick.

Any replies are appreciated, just trying to seek advice and share my problem.

they do work together, it says I have 16gb

Hello Luke, go look at the resoloution rendering scale, it should be on 100%, also you should consider buying an extra 8 gigs of ram, since 8 gigs, isn't well performing in black ops 4 on higher settings, and just giving stuttering. A LOT stuttering. Hope this helps
