MSI & EVGA

Hello,

Im doing a product comparison for my new rig and I was wondering if you all could give me your opinion. Iv been back and forth on my system about video cards going between 560 ti 448 SLI, 570 SLI or single 580. Im sure ill likely go with SLI 570s and iv been recommended EVGA. Iv used the product comparison tools on newegg, just looking for opinions. Ill be using a i5 2500k on a ASUs P8z68-v pro board, system will be used for mostly gaming. Thanks!

That one is very good. The cooler is excellent and I am sure you will be overclock it a lot, it won't be noisy and will run cool.

Though, if you prefer the card to stay in order for over 4 years (note: not saying MSI one won't) over higher quality cooling, I'd go with EVGA, since they have lifetime warranty.

Thanks Sunius, I fixed the link and that happened to be the card I was talking about. Amuffin I thought about Asus but the gtx 570 I commonly find is a 3 slot beast and Im not sure if that mobo would fit it in sli and if it did, I dont know what slots would be left for my sound card..

No problem. As I said, it's totally preference about going with what. If you know you will change the cards in 3 years, then go with MSI, their product quality is astonishing. If you want long warranty - go with EVGA

ASUS cards are amazing. Would take EVGA over MSI, but nothing over asus.

the msi twin frozr coolers are very hard to beat.

Yea I wouldn't go with gigabyte, even if I own a Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti atm. It runs hot when overclocked.
