Msi ex460 black screen troubleshooting

Hello,..i have a laptop MSI ex460 it has a problem theres a display,hdd detected..but it canot boot sometimes its boot but in a few second it just black screen but the power on indicator is still have a light...plss help me ..is it the mobo have a problem or the CPU..? ..

can you give more description as to what is happening? Does the laptop temporarily lose power? does the hard disk sound like its spinning up, do you receive any error messages?
