[SOLVED] MSI EZ Debug CPU and DRAM LED lights showing?

When I first assembled my PC about 3 years ago, I had this problem a few times where both of these lights would be on and it wouldn't boot. After powering off and on again a bit it would boot and worked fine for a while. However, for the past year this problem has been frequently recurring and now it has got to the point where every time I turn it on, I have to power off and on quite a few times. I don't really know what the problem could be when both LEDs are lighting up and it still boots up sometimes. I have ordered another stick of RAM but if this isn't the problem, I was just wondering what anyone else's insights are to why this might be happening and how to fix it.
Thank you so much for any sort of help.

Specs:

Solution
well first gen ryzen with first gen mainboards were somewhat buggy with ram
especially on cold boot
your bios is up to date with your cpu version? latest bios for your cpu is with agesa 1.0.0.6, bios version 7A38v1J

your ram is 2x4GB modules or 1x8GB module?
use slots A2 for 1x module, B2 for second module (if present)
try disable XMP/DOCP profile (if present) in BIOS settings
