Having these specs for a while now (I think at least a year) with no problems:

Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700XT
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 550 (Non-modular)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb (2x16gb) DDR4-3200

I've been using these specs for a while now and I've noticed the last couple weeks it would shut down during usage, making the monitors black and accepting no inputs from peripherals (like mouse or keyboard). I had to resort to manually powering down the PC. I didn't need to wait for it to 'cool down' and would work 'fine' afterwards.

Using extra ventilation seemed to help for some time, only to find out yesterday it wouldn't boot anymore and give me the CPU light on my motherboard with the EZ-Debug lights.

What I have tried already:
1. Cleaning PC from dust
2. Reseating and reconnecting all cables and parts
3. Only using only one RAM stick
4. Using a different CPU

What else could I try/what could be the problem?

Thank you in advance for helping!

Based on symptoms, MoBo is toast. So, look into replacing your MoBo.

However, what the actual underlying problem is, is this:
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 550 (Non-modular)
It is a low quality PSU and it acting up is evidenced by earlier symptom of:
it would shut down during usage
This is tall tale sign of poor PSU, which you avoided replacing. Fast forward some time and for the very least, PSU fried your MoBo. RAM and GPU can be toast as well.
Now, you can not avoid dealing with PSU issue.

That being said, besides new MoBo (and perhaps new RAM and GPU too, if you don't test them on 2nd, compatible PC), you're also looking towards new PSU.

Good quality PSUs to go for are: Seasonic Focus/PRIME and Corsair RMi/RMx/HX/HXi/AX/AXi.
(All 3 of my PCs are also powered by Seasonic, full specs with pics in my sig.)

Life lesson: Do not cheap out on PSU.
Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC.

I might suspect the psu.
See if you can't test with a known good quality psu of sufficient wattage.
I might think 550w is marginal; cheap units can deteriorate over time.
Your processor is strong enough to run a much stronger graphics card.
To that end, I would look for a 650/750/850w unit with at least a 7 year warranty.
If you can't borrow a unit to test with, buy from a shop with a good return policy. Expect to pay a 15% restocking charge if you return it.
