MSI Fan Control Softwware?

Do any of you guys know where the fan control is for MSI motherboards? I mean I know where it is. But I don't really want to download all of the utilities. I just want to be able to control my fans while booted to my current OS.

My motherboard is MSI Z97M Gaming by the way.

MSI command center man, since you don`t like to download all the utilities you can find it in the BIOS. System Settings, I think.

I will download Command Center.

The reason I asked is because I didn't want to go to the UEFI BIOS to control the fan. I just wanted to change them

while I'm booted in Windows 7! Anyway, thanks again.

For Posterity since this is the top result for a search on "msi fan speed control" which I searched a lot to try to figure out how to get my MSI motherboards system fan under the 50% threshold. This should also work for the 25% CPU limit for minimums. Especially annoying for the 50% fan speed lock system fan 4-pin that defaulted my fan to hurricane loud....while the case temp was 42 c. Problem Solved!
