MSI FM2-A75ma-e35 USB 3.0 Problems

Ok, so I have installed all of my drivers, and my USB 3.0 isn't working. Any ideas why it's not working?

Did you install the AMD chipset drivers? Absurd size (probably includes GPU and other stuff): http://us.msi.com/service/download/driver-22643.html

I think I might of installed that, but i'll double-check.

Ok, I just installed it, and USB 3.0 is still not working.

Yeah, the USB 3.0 wont work on the motherboard, or on the front panel. I have double checked that the USB 3.0 connector is plugged into the motherboard for the front panel port.

I just checked, and I couldn't find an option to enable the USB 3.0. Do you know where that option might be?

The USB 2.0 are working, but not the 3.0's. I have also noticed than when I plugged in my Toshiba 3.0 external hard drive, the light flashes blue ( it glows blue for usb 3.0, white for 2.0 ), then there is no light from it, and it is not accessible. I will look at my manual.

Ok, I checked the manual, and it said nothing about enabling it in the bios. It only said that the USB 3.0 will not work if you are using a 2.0 cable, but I know that my cable isnt 2.0 .

Ur USB 3.0 cable wil be thicker than USB 2.0

Yes, I know, and the usb port is blue, and it has the extra prongs in the back.

it also has the usb symbol, and SS on it (super speed)

It's relatively new, built it on October 4th 2013, installed Ubuntu on it, then got Windows installed on November 11th 2013.
