Msi g31m3 ram support

I hav recently bought a DDR2 800 2gb ram, but they are not been detected by my motherboard....... but the ram is working fine in other MBs .......... now i m using 2 512mb 530 ram in my pc

What is your mobo?

g31 can support DDR2 800 2gb. First remove 512mb ram, then insert 2gb ram. If two ram's bus is not match than this thing happen. Give a try.
