MSI G41 B85 PC MATE No video signal from Gpu

Hello I have a problem with MSI Motherboard G41 B85. I builded today new pc but I didnt get video signl from gpu. I tried diassembly gpu and use integrated gpu, but it didnt help. Thanks for all tips

MSI GTX 970 4G
8GB Ram
Case: Zalman Z1
Power supply: Zalman ZM600-LX
