I have the below specifications
And I'm searching for the most stable GPU Card for my MB.

It's going to depend on a couple things; how much you can spend and what PSU you have (make and model).
But off hand, I'd say go with a GTX 1050 Ti. That is what I have with my Q9650 and 350W Antec PSU.
