Msi g45 vs asrock killer

I am currently planning a gaming pc build with an I tell i5 4690k processor. I can't decide between Msi g45 and the asrock killer so I was wondering what the difference is between the two and which one is better.

I like the ASRock but the MSI is good too. I would go with the ASRock.
