Msi g45 z87 and Scythe Ashura 1000

Will i be able to use all the memory slots with this cooler on this motherboard inside Fractal Design core 3000?
The Ashura is 161mm tall and it says that the Case can support coolers up to 161mm in height. I know that 161>160 but there must be some kind of tolerance so if someone has this case tell me pls.

Meanwhile i found the answer.
You can fill all the ram slots and i think the height can be lower if you lower the fan (fan in the highest point in the cooler). And you can lower it because there is no ram beneath the fan. Here is the picture:

Im confused... from silentpcreview: "the heatsink's dimensions are 16.3 x 14.5 x 6.5 cm"
I mean come on, if the fan is even higher then the heatsink that is already 163mm...
Anyone? 🙁
