MSI Gaming 3 z97 porblem with ssd

Hello, I had windows 10 on normal hdd and I received my m.2 ssd today. So I installed windows on ssd (other drives were put out, connected them afterwards). And nothing-it shows only ssd, no hdd or other ssd i had. And when i put out the m.2 ssd out of the motherboard - everything loads normally in Windows on HDD. So any ideas what should i do? I installed the latest bios and every driver related to sata or chipset or else

"The SATA5 and SATA6 ports will be unavailable when installing a module in the M.2 port"
Have you tested different SATA ports?
