Msi Gaming 4G or Asus Strix GTX 970?

I'm going to buy a GTX 970 next week, the price is closely enough with each other. What model should I get? Any opinions?

I usually go with Asus when it comes to GPUs, but that's AMD for me. If I was going for a 970, I'd still choose the Asus or go with the Gigabyte 970 G1 which has 1.18GHz clock than 1.11 or 1.12. For the same price. They make some pretty good GPUs for Nvidia, so I'd say go for them if you want good quality and high clocks. I heard MSI has heating issues, that's why I wouldn't consider them.

I would go for the Asus if you have the extra money. MSI also has an older HDMI port, (Fun fact)
