Let me explain my setup first then i will post the question.
I have a MSI Z-97 Gaming 5 motherboard connected to a MSI GTX 970 GPU. The pc is connected via HDMI to my Yamaha RX-V473 and then connected to my TV via HDMI from the port on the AV receiver.
The problem im having is color clipping when i try to calibrate my TV due to the pc going thru the av reciever first. so what i decided to do was run my HDMI straight to the TV and run audio from the pc to the receiver. But then i noticed that the MSI Gaming 5 mobo does not have a optical out but has these connectors

can someone explain how to connect audio from this mobo with these connectors to a av receiver? ive been searching for an answer for 3 months now on this issue. Thanks in advance.
