MSI Gaming 5 | Cant enter BIOS | Keyboard not working.

Hello,
so as I said in the title, when i want to enter BIOS my keyboard is completely off, i can't press any buttons nothing. When windows starts, it goes back to working normal. I enabled MSI Fast Boot and it stopped working after that, please help :/
I was suggested to remove the CMOS battery from the MB and restore settings to default but I'm scared my raid settings and files will get corrupted.

i was having the same issue, but my keyboard and mouse will not turn on so i have no idea how to access the bios. What does removing the bios do? it was working fine until i turned msi fast boot on. I've been looking for a solution for hours and im very mad about it. If you read this thank you.

so, make sure your keyboard and mouse use is on the right usb slot (should be the two use slot near the ps2 slot)
and if you are tired for try out, just send back to msi for RMA, they will solve and fine the reason for you.
