MSI Gaming App Won't Launch Upon Windows Startup

Hello,

I have posted in another part of the forums but no one is replying to that.

Minor issue here. I'm using Windows 7 and have installed the MSI Gaming App when installing the drivers for my GTX 1070. The program works just fine except for when I check off a box that says to launch the app upon Windows Startup in the settings. It has done that for a few times, then stopped doing it ever since. How can I fix this problem? Is there a way to save the LED and Gaming Mode settings directly to the GPU so you don't have to open the app every time?

CPU: Intel Core i7-6800K 3.4GHz 6-Core
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI X99A Raider ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive and Hitachi 2TB 7400RPM HDD
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming Z 8GB Video Card
Case: NZXT H440 (Matte Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

CPU and GPU are at stock clock.

Yeah, the Gaming App is present and is checked off.

What happens if you copy the msi shortcut to this folder location?
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Nothing. I've tried making a shortcut of both the exe itself and the SGamingApp one and putting it in that location that you provided.

I'm unable to repair but I did reinstall it before.

When I turn on my PC, I see the little icon load but the settings never loads anymore.
