MSI gaming laptop

I own a MSI gaming laptop and recently it suddenly with out warning goes to sleep. The screen goes black but there is a regular flash of white. The blue power button then flashes. I have to completely shut down wait a few minutes and then restart. Any ideas?

check the power settings on your laptop, maybe it were set to do so, or if based on what you check it doesn't, check the advanced power settings, if none of those were different than what you set it, then maybe there were malwares, viruses, etc in your pc
