So I have the following system:
Mobo in title
EVGA GTX 1070 founder's edition
G.Skill Ripjaw V ddr4 2x8gb
i7-6700k w/ hyper 212 evo

All fans work, leds light up. I get a blinking light right above the JTBT1 header and below the last pci-e slot. I also get the following post codes: 0d, 19, 4c and 55. The ram is installed in dimm slots 2 and 4 just like it says in the manual. They were pushed down until the holder thingies closed fully. I still do think it's something to do with the RAM because the post codes seem to be about RAM related stuff. I just want to know - what is the issue and how can I fix it. If this isn't enough information I would be happy to give as much as you want! Thanks!

Note - I have already tried using 1 ram module in both slots 2 and 4. Identical results.

Solution
I tried one in all four. and two in literally every combination of all four. Same codes. However, having taken everything out, it would appear that my cpu has 2 bent pins... so I guess that'd be the problem. I will RMA - thanks for the help though.
