MSI gaming pro carbon AC. EZ debug light

So I put everything together, plugged it into clean power... And lights turn on, fans spin, but the debug light for the CPU is solid red.

Setup is:
MSI Z370 gaming pro cabron AC
I7-8700k
( 8x2 ) ripjaw 5 3000 ( cas 15-15-15 )
Gigabyte Aorus 1080 ti
Corsair H100i v2 cooler
Evga 750w 80+ gold

I then disconnected the GPU from power ( left it in the mobo socket ), removed and re arranged the ram, disconnected all unnecessary peripherals and the ez debug CPU light is solid red. It doesnt flash, it just stays solid.

Nothing is displayed on my monitor either. Any guidence would be appreciated.

Side note, I dont have windows installed yet.

Inspect the CPU socket for any signs of bent or broken pins. Try and power up with only one stick of ram while breadbaorded and power your display through the onboard display output ports.
