MSI Gaming X rx470 4gb or MSI Armor Core gtx 1060 3gb?

So last component that i need to finish my pc and decided to look between this two cards:

Which one should I choose and which one is better?

If you play older DX11 games = GTX 1060 3GB

If you'll likely play new games including DX12 ones = RX 470 4GB

They'll be similar regardless, overall the GTX 1060 3GB is a bit better but has less VRAM.
