I have had my MSI GE62 for about a year the specs are i7 4720hq GTX 970m and 12gb RAM. When I first got the laptop I could get 60+ fps in GTA: V and in Fallout 4 a had 50-60 fps almost all of the time. But recently I when I boot up and start playing a game after like 10 minutes to a half an hour my FPS drops to like 30-40 sometimes even into the 20's. I have ran windows defender tests and have dissected all of my files clearing bloat-ware and shit, and I have not been able to get it to speed back up. My temps while idle on my CPU are about 65 c and gaming around 85 my GTX 970m when idle is around 56 c and when gaming also around 85, I am using Core-temp for my CPU and GPU-Z to measure my processors temps. I hope that you can help me fix my problems. Also if this doesn't work out I am planning on building a new computer due to the impending release of No Man's Sky, Skyrim Remastered, and I also plan on playing Doom. Thank you for your time and please respond as soon as possible. Thank you again.

Thanks and for a new computer I was gonna go with an i5 6500 and then a RX 480, you think that would be a good upgrade? Or should I go straight for that 1070?
