MSI GE62 3QF Heating Problem

Hi, I have just got MSI GE62 3QF ita an Apache Pro 001 model. After turning the machine on for 10 minutes it gets hot on the track-pad and left side palm for no reason and I’m not doing anything other then internet surfing which makes my hand unconformable. Any Idea or similar problem?

It seems like MSI GE series and GS series has some heating issues but according to some this is normal because of it's design.

I would suggest using a cooling pad that should help in cooling it down.

No, I end up returning the laptop. The heated pad was so annoying tho, sorry you had the same problem :(
