MSI GE62 Apache Pro 2QF won't boot up after restarts.

I am having a problem where I have to restart my computer for updates and during the restart, my computer will bring up the MSI screen with the spinning loading animation but after that it goes to a backlit dark blue screen and won't boot up windows. Is there a permanent solution? What might be wrong? I got it in August.

Start with a hard reset, unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting the laptop. If these doesn't work try to load it into Safe Mode. While the laptop is in the MSI splash screen repeatedly tap on F8 until it shows Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode and press Enter. Once loaded in Safe Mode disable all your startup items first in Task Manager then reboot your laptop. If it will not load Safe Mode worst case is you may need to do a complete Factory Reset.
