Question MSI GE76 Raider 12UHS - refuses to boot after bluescreen

I have a MSI GE76 Raider 12UHS-214 Deluxe Edition laptop. Until just a short while ago it was working as normal. Suddenly i got a bluescreen, something with kernel(unfortunately I did not make a screenshot etc.). Now every time when I try to start my laptop, first the MSI logo appears and then I keep getting a message on a screenshot above: „Press <DEL> or <ESC> to enter setup.”. If I press del or esc, nothing happens except a black screen and restart. I can only force my laptop to shut down.
What couid have happened to my laptop and is there a workaround?

What happens if you press and hold the power button for about 20-30 seconds? Does it start at all.

I am not able to do the things in the video/link you attached. I can't even get into the bios. You can see in the video below what my laptop is doing.

If it's under warranty, then I'd give MSI a shout.

The things I'd be suggesting would involve opening the laptop, which would void the warranty. Things like replacing the cmos battery. Checking the ram is securly in it's slots.
