Question MSI Geforce 1660 s problem

I bought a MSI Ventus XS 1660 S. graphics card
I installed it in my new PC (Intel i5 10400 + Gigabyte Vision 20D) and when I turned on the PC, a series of magenta dashes were seen on the screen in the image. (Connecting the monitor to the CPU graphic card, the image was fine.
Also, in the device manager it says an error code 43. Could it be that the card is faulty?
I installed the card to another PC and it does the same effect. I tried to post a pic, but someting goes wrong whit the site.
